Central Grain operates one of the largest single animal feed manufacturing facilities in Canada dedicated to the North American market. Its major activity is the grinding and pelletting of grain screenings for feeding to cattle, bison, horses and elk. For this purpose, a variety of products are manufactured to meet individual feeder requirements. In addition, high quality oat groats are produced for use mainly in the hog industry. Finally, the Company is a pioneer and innovator in using agricultural biomass to produce fuel pellets.
